Magnificent location in a decent part of town, very friendly staff, everything was fine. Location: the hotel was adjacent to nice restaurants, today's market place, and Raleigh. Ate at The Melting Pot, it's relatively close to the venue.

The rooms with a kitchen were great, and the staff was extremely helpful in resolving any issues we had.

Beds were clean and comfortable, perfect for temporary housing. Extended Stay had all I needed before my procedure: close location, comfy sleep, full-size fridge, and microwave.

Internet service requires additional fee.

The room was falling apart broken kitchen and batroom cabinets, the oven was covered in oven cleaner lamps were rusted draperies were half hung no accessories in the room .....dishes cookware Iron .I was extremely disappointed.

I didn't like that there was not alarm clock or dishes in the room. There was no extra wash cloths or towels in the room either.

The room was super clean and everything was just awesome. 😊 It was a really big room with a nice kitchen, plus the staff were so friendly and did a great job.

This place has a great location near the theater, with very friendly staff and a huge, well-maintained room equipped with soaps, a refrigerator, and all the necessary amenities.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly, providing superb service, and the location is great, very convenient to downtown, malls, and nice restaurants.

The location of this place is great, close to nightlife, downtown, shops, and grocery stores.

Upon arrival, I found cigarette burns on furniture and in the bathroom sink. the room had little piles of dirt on the carpet. Despite these issues, I appreciated the convenience of the location.
